Color Flows on Winter Street

This summer, Winter Street in Downtown Crossing becomes a little brighter.

As part of Color Flows, a bold, community-informed ground mural will transform one of Boston’s busiest corridors into a vibrant, welcoming space that celebrates belonging, play, and the everyday energy of the city.

Commissioned by Boston Public Art Triennial in partnership with the City of Boston Planning Department and Downtown Boston Alliance, the installation invites you to pause, wander, and experience Winter Street in a new way.
