Stop 1: Lot Lab
Lot Lab hosts three distinct projects in one site:
Today is The Day by Andy Li — Colorful flags invite you to celebrate everyday achievements, turning small victories into bold beacons.
This Moment for Joy by Alison Croney Moses — A warm, curved wooden sculpture inspired by Black motherhood, designed as a space for gathering, shelter, and play.
Convergence: Porous Futures by Evelyn Rydz — A reflective storm-drain sculpture and living bioswale garden highlighting Boston’s waterways and climate resilience.
From here: Follow the citron stickers on the ground leading east through the Navy Yard to the water.
Stop 2: Beatriz Cortez
At the tip of Pier 3, Cortez’s monumental installation rises against the harbor. Her work contemplates migration, resilience, and interconnected futures resulting in a powerful reflection set at the edge of the city and the sea.
